Expo2015 I_Dome, the dome of 3D experiences

Outside, I_Dome materials will mirror that will give light and allow its seamless integration into any environment, respecting the architectural features of the space where it will be placed. All’interno, the latest multimedia presentation systems allow you to animate the dome dynamically, illustrating the excellence of our territory and representing them with a spectacular immersive. One of these techniques will be the video mapping, new frontier of art and technology, that is to project images in computer graphics on real surfaces, obtaining spectacular effects 3D projection.

With this new technique, the frescoes in the dome will be revisited and relived allowing visitors to immerse themselves in 360 degrees in an emotional experience consists of images, sounds and atmospheres typical of Florence of the sixteenth century. Visitors will also get to know the city, interacting with eight touch screen monitor, supported by thematic video where you tell the expertise and know-how of quality companies of the territory.

Six speakers spread the soundtrack of the video mapping, while each monitor will be equipped with headphones to individually track each individual contribution thematic video. The work area will also be equipped with Wi-Fi through which you can follow on-line scheduling of events that Florence and Tuscany offer during the Expo2015.

The decomposition of I_Dome in modular elements will optimize costs: from production to assembly and transport to storage, allowing ease of construction and cost in relation to the high quality of the work. The use of materials such as polycarbonate and polyurethane resins will make the work durable and movable in different places indoors, such environments fieristici, and outdoor.
