Burschtein Caffaz and challenge each other to Puccini

Thursday, 11 December, Teatro Puccini in Florence, are staged, in a sort of “challenge”, Giuseppe Burschtein and Ugo Caffaz stars of "Gan Eden Restaurant, six thousand years of joy and pain in the traditional Jewish ", with the participation of theaters and Boarding Balagan Cafe Orkestar.

On stage, the challenge is between the Jewish cuisine "Ashkenazi", that of Central and Eastern Europe, sostenuta because Burschtein, the e cucina "Sephardic", that of Spanish origin, Italian and Jewish, supported by Caffaz.

On stage and Burschtein Caffaz have two kitchens before, a projection behind and in front of the audience.

Speak, discuss, comment the rear projections, made of graphics, video and music that tell six thousand years of Jewish history, and "challenge" cooking live.

Will, with light tone, convince the public about the goodness of their respective traditions.

In the end it will be the public, tasting, to express an opinion on this or the other kitchen.
